Since December 11th a Grey Wagtail has been visiting our garden for the first time. Initially attracted in the cold weather, most likely by the running water in my very small pond. My garden is relatively large by modern standards and there is a fair bit of cover for birds. Because the gardens at the back are also large the whole road provides a reasonable size green space for wildlife.
